What I do
I built one for Lucent Legal, a law firm for Russian speakers in the UAE. It says it is an assistant, not a lawyer, and doesn't pretend to be a person. Urgent cases, like a detention or a deadline today, get two messages and go straight to WhatsApp or Telegram.
Each handoff carries a code, #REF and six characters, and the same code arrives in a Telegram notification, so the lawyer sees which chat the client came from. The assistant on this site works the same way and doesn't promise results.
