Lucent Legal Law firm for Russian speakers in the UAE: 426 guide pages and an assistant that hands people to a lawyer
Live: lucent-legal.com.
Lucent Legal helps Russian speakers in the UAE. I built the site with 213 guides in each language and an AI assistant that answers in two or three short messages and passes the person to a lawyer on WhatsApp.
What I did
- 213 guides in Russian and 213 in English: 426 guide pages. 10 service pages in Russian.
- An assistant that answers in two or three short messages, the first under 60 characters, no lists, no emoji. On the site they appear as bubbles with a pause.
- It says it's an assistant and not a lawyer, and never pretends to be a person.
- Urgent cases, like an arrest, the police or a deadline today, get two messages and go straight to WhatsApp or Telegram.
- The WhatsApp link carries a #REF code, and the Telegram alert to the firm carries the same code, so the lawyer sees which chat the client came from.
- I also shoot a series with Isaak from Lucent Legal: short clips where a lawyer answers simple, even silly questions.

Silly questions: making a lawyer or expert easy to understand
A 'silly questions' series puts the most basic client questions to an expert on camera and lets them answer in plain words, which makes the expert easy to understand and easy to trust.
