Privacy policy
What this site keeps about you, why, and how to get it deleted. No cookies, no ad pixels.
Who is responsible
vchern.com is the personal studio site of Vladimir Chernyshev. Contracts and invoices go through Savage Media (FZ SHAMS, Sharjah, UAE), which is responsible for the data described here. In this policy, “I” means Vladimir Chernyshev and Savage Media.
The AI assistant
When you write to the assistant, I store your messages and its replies, the page language and the time. If you type a phone number, email or Telegram username, I store it as your contact so I can answer you.
To limit messages per visitor per day, the server keeps a counter tied to a hashed form of your IP address. The chat database doesn't store the IP itself.
Replies are generated by Anthropic (Claude), which receives the text of the conversation to write the next reply. When a chat contains a contact or you tap WhatsApp or Telegram, I get a notification in Telegram with a short summary of the chat.
The assistant is a program, not a person, and it says so. Don't send it passport numbers, card details or other documents.
Analytics
To count visits I use Umami on my own server. It doesn't set cookies and doesn't build a profile of you: it counts pages, referrers, device type and country, plus clicks on WhatsApp and Telegram and the start of a chat.
Cookies and browser storage
This site sets no cookies. While the tab is open, your browser keeps a random chat ID in session storage so the assistant remembers the conversation; it disappears when you close the tab. Nothing else is stored, so there is no consent banner to click.
WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram and email
If you write to me there, the message lives in that service under its own rules. I use your contact only to answer you and work on your request.
Who else sees data
Cloudflare delivers the site and sees technical request data such as IP addresses. My web server keeps standard access logs for security. Anthropic and Telegram process chat data as described above. I don't sell your data and I don't run Meta or TikTok pixels on this site.
How long I keep it
I keep chats and contacts as long as I need them to answer you and work on your request. Ask, and I delete them.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete what I have about you. Write to [email protected] or in WhatsApp +971 54 324 0688.
