Moon Mars Shisha outsourcing for venues: a site and CRM that bring direct requests

Moon Mars runs shisha service for restaurants, hotels, beach clubs and events in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Doha. I built the site, the lead capture, the CRM and a proposal generator.
What I did
- Built a site on Astro in English and Russian: 128 pages.
- Wrote 33 articles for each language and put together a catalogue of 133 shisha lounges.
- Gave every service its own page: outsourcing, catering, consulting, technology. Added city pages for Abu Dhabi and Doha.
- Requests from the site go to a file and to Telegram, so none get lost. One IP can't flood the form.
- Set up a CRM at crm.moonmars.ae. Inside it, a PDF proposal generator: pick the venue, area, category and language, then download or send an 8-page deck.
- Within a month, organic search, the site plus Google profiles, brought direct requests for meetings and consulting.
