IMPERIA THE1 Fitness coaching app: training programs, Apple Watch and an onboarding film
In the App Store.
IMPERIA THE1 is a fitness app with a coach, Aram, for a Russian-speaking audience, so the interface is in Russian. I built the iPhone and Apple Watch app and took it through App Review.
What I did
- Programs: THE 4×4, THE 1:1 full body, THE RUN, THE MORNING, THE HOME.
- A flexible week from 2 to 6 training days, plus a workout of your own outside the plan.
- Runs by heart-rate zones: a voice tells you when to run and when to walk.
- Apple Watch screens for the set, rest, cardio and rank.
- An interactive onboarding film with branching: clips, questions with buttons, a step with your name. THE RUN plays on the same film engine.
- 8 learning modules. Lessons and podcasts keep playing in the background.
- The app has its own site with an account area and a blog: jointhe1empire.com.
